Jordan is a great TAI and she’ll make an awesome cop! Kudos, too, to Coral Springs PD for catching civic-minded teens in their Explorers program and then providing them a pathway through college and into the police force. When Jordan is a day-one police academy cadet she’ll already have a ton of experience and seasoning.

If you are 14-21 you can always see if there is a local explorers branch which is a quick way to learn the ropes. Traffic enforcement is one of many civilian/non-sworn positions that is critical to local departments to free up officers for more important duties. Non-sworn means no arrest authority and no weapons as part of your duties.
We really need stepped up enforcement at the intersection of Coral Ridge Dr and Holmberg Rd. There is such frequent wanton disregard for the traffic signals there, and frequent accidents, it’s terrible!
Learners license with no adult, and no insurance. These are the onese the cars should be getting impounded with automatic $500 fee on top of the citations. Hard to drive with no car and they're not going to just run out and get another one.

Have you considered renaming the title to Crash Investigator instead of Accident Investigator? Accident implies that no one is at fault, that it is a minor event. A crash is calling the event what it is. TAI Ramage in fact called each event a crash, rather than an accident.
