I just wanted to let you know since following some of your tips, working on detoxing my liver, and making sure I detox excess estrogen this is the first time In years I virtually had a pain free period! I’ve always had to take harsh pills to help with the debilitating pain now I only have 1 day of achy pain instead of 5 days!! Thank you so much

Recently found your vlogs. Love how you include the Lord in everything you do. His is using you to reach so many of us. Please can you do videos on how God sees hormonal pms/peri menopause issues. The guilt is very debilitating on top of the physical/emotional feelings during those times. I always feel bad every month about it and wonder if God gets upset with these crazy emotions especially when I promise I’ll be better next month!!
