I’m glad you found it helpful. My second is also a swing lover too! I used to set up the monitor to keep an eye on her and I wouldn’t leave her in there for more than 1.5/2 hours at a time (like the car seat) x
How long do you think nova’s awake windows are? Or how long do you think she is normally awake before she is ready for another nap? I have a 12 week old who struggles to nap during the day! Xx
I think she is supposed to have between 45-90 ish mins awake time, however I've never really paid much attention to it and I have just followed her cues and lead and let her sleep when she is tired. However the past couple of days she has been really hard to settle and to get to nap during the day so I have been struggling a bit as she then gets over tired and won't sleep 😓 any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙂 xx
