Tony Greco is a hockey training legend. I love his ability to explain the essential aspects of being fit. And how certain movements translate to the ice. He’s so genuine and compassionate. Awesome video! Love this stuff. Your content always has quality depth. Very rare. Thanks Robert!

I'll try my best! A lot of what makes these videos special is I know these people personally but I don't know an NHL Trainer unfortunately, I'll work on finding one!

This is nothing against the young players, but Tony is in better shape than all of them. Give them a few years with Tony as their bodies are still developing and by the time they’re 22/23 they’ll be monsters. Hockey players should be lifting weights in HS. Bench, deadlift, and squatting. The 18 year old first year NCAA football player is much more stronger and explosive than the 1st year NCAA hockey player. Tony is closing the gap and making up time for his clients though. Good luck to all his boys!
