They always say you can't pour from an empty cup - Solo/Self-care days are very necessary! We can't be who we need to be to others if we are empty! Take those days - it's a reminder to myself also. Have a great one sis! 🥰

Good evening! I'm an overthinker as well. When I go out to take care of business (or just go out for fun), when I come back home, I'm like what a day. I deal with rude people and nosey people. I think about what has happened and wish I had said this or that. If you are not careful, some people will drain you.

These people I work with are off all the time. They’ve all been here 15 plus years and I’ve only been with the company 2.5 years. I guess they have a million PTO days. 🤎
