Pro tip that made me a proffesional trader; your #1 priority should be risk management during a trade. There are 1000s of strategies out there but the real difference between a non profitable trader and a profitable one will be how they manage there risk during trades. Learning how to let your winning trades run and how to cut your losses short will signifigantly increase your probability of profitability in the long run. I talk about this in every one of my videos because it is so key. Good luck traders!
This right here made the difference for me! I've been profitable for 6 weeks straight now because of this. Also your videos helped :D Thanks for the tips as always
this channel is my university. I am a structural engineer by profession. if I don't get a context of the chart I cant feel comfortable in decision making. Thank you for being a GREAT teacher. please post more videos like this on how to interpret the market movement and trends. majority of the people just goes if this happens then that happens without understanding what is actually being played out in the real world. Thank you.
Yes, very true. To me they are the true supply and demand levels. I'm currently testing a strategy using this method where would anticipate a price return to my "rejection zones", and if price respects it, reverses and break structure I would enter and place my stop loss above or below the wick. I would enter on the BOS only if the RSI is showing confirmation at the oversold or overbought areas. High winrate over 75%!
Once again your video is perfect timing. I have been learning about wicks a lot this past week! Thank you for confirmation that I am on the right track 😎
I have used this system for years in conjunction with market profile, analyzing daily profiles, ib break and wicks during the clean break of the ib in one direction. As always very well explained, congratulations.
Every one of your videos I have watched draws me in. Condensed, to the point, no fluff. Is your Academy Course on demand? Are you accessible through the course for questions?
Thank you for this video. One of the most important I've seen about trading. 2 questions: Can we use 2 wicks instead of 3? What is the lowest timeframe this strategy will work 15-30-60 minute ?
Great video! I had to return to your channel to see if you ever did a video on your theory behind "candle rejections wicks" that I've overlooked over the year. I can't believe I always overlooked this until today. But since Jan 7th 2023 i've been testing a strategy using this method where i would anticipate a price return to my "rejection zones", and if price respects it, reverses and break structure I would enter and place my stop loss above or below the wick, targeting atleast a 1:1 RR. I would enter on the BOS only if the RSI is showing confirmation at the oversold or overbought areas. High winrate over 75%!
Bro saw you few videos they are really nice not even able to find these perfect setups in paid courses. You really are doing a great work much appreciated 🙏
I would like to know if the consecutive wicks need to stay consecutive all the time or they can skip 1or 2 candles, and if so, will that affect the validity of the signal?
Been trading a long time, winning and losing but wicks along with supply and demand areas are the spot the market tend to shift into after. This is now my niche area for trading along with a flexible volume profile
So when we short on a bearish signal, we have to endure the retracement and finally take profits one the price goes back down? The sell signal at 6:43 closed way below the open price.
these past few days i've been learning about the concept of supply and demand and how it works on the forex trading market. your video just make everything more clear and understandable now. Thank you
I watched this yesterday, took notes, then watched my stock this morning and first thing in the morning saw the bearish pressure zone work as stated. Blew me away.
Saw this strategy show up this morning, traded it and made money. At first the candles started going the opposite direction then the volume came through and pushed it in the right direction. Thanks for your tips.
Dam this is genius. Saw this again multiple times today. Took one of them as a trade and had a huge win. The biggest one so far. How did you figure this out?
You haven't made any vidoes series on ur favorite indicator pivot points. Its a request to make a playlist on how to use solely on pivots CPR along with price action
This used to be my favourite trading strategy before going into algorithmic trading. With the tweak that my entries are on lower timeframes (MTF entries) after the 3 wicks have appeared and exits are at long wicks or volume spikes . During proper market conditions the winrate should be 60% or higher for those wondering, so adjust risk accordingly
@@youtubeuser3357 yes. When an indicator (e.g. supertrend goes green) meets criteria the programm will automatically enter a trade. Basically mechanical trading automated.
The most amazing channel that I have come across in youtube which provides tons of value. Keep up the good work and thank you for making content like this. Btw the soundtrack is killer! Does anybody know what soundtrack is it?
fantastic contents, I been trading for quite a few years, but your insights have sparked curiosity on the way you analyze the charts which is very effective and makes tons of sense.

A question on volume, how reliable is the volume data on FX pairs? I believe the data are from brokers only, which mean retail volume, could they be reliably used as the proxy of the real volume?
I haven't done a study, but I get very good results using the overnight low and high as likely support and resistance. Regular trading hour low and high is also good but I especially pay attention when we get to the ONL or ONH. I put those lines in every day before the market opens on the es 5 min charts. I've been going through some charts after this video and will add wick observations also. Thank you so much.
Can you make a video about entering with banks on London, New York open and overlap time. I saw that's the most successful strategy because if you master it you can have SL around 2-3 pips. The hole point is you enter where the bank left their capital.
