Love your channel. Its been 30 years since I've been to the San Antonio/Austin area but I had my 1st Chicken Fried Steak 50 years ago in Columbus TX at a red roof restaurant next to a HJ right off of I10/. To this day it was the best I've had. I was talking to a pro baseball player raised in Columbus, on the Marlins Roster, and he says it is still there. Well if your ever around Columbus why not check! And do a special on Chicken Fried Steak.
