Bree and Omah holding hands warms my heart I held my Momoo’s hand for as long as I can remember. She passed a little over 2 years ago and I miss walking and holding her hand. I’m 36 and am thankful I had her as long as I did.

I understood only some of the high German...but when my Opa pulled out a potato sack wallet with lining & embroidery that I'd made in grade school for him- one doesn't need language for that! He treasured it. I was 19 & it was in excellent condition. You're lucky to have had the experience with your grandparents. Mine lived an ocean away.
I know exactly how you feel, I always loved holding my grandmas hand, I’m 23 and I would still hold her hand, she was the sweetest person ever, she passed away a few weeks ago, I miss her so much.
LoL i know. Little man got upset when she first said to hold the babies hands but major recover when she said he wasn’t a baby she just wanted to hold her hand because she loves him. so sweet 💕
When DeShawn said "I didnt wanna crease my shoes" going down the stairs lol made me giggle my son would say the exact thing.. he even has this weird walk he does so they don't crease hah silly boys
I love how patient you, Josh and the older kids are with the little ones, like when Harlee and bohdi didn’t want to take pictures and instead of being mad you kept encouraging them, you guys are the best!

These kids are just magical. They are all so beautiful in their own special ways. I must say that I have a serious soft spot for Alex. He is so sweet. The perfect older brother. It actually makes me emotional to know that so many of these beautiful children would not have a family or a home, if it were not for you and Josh. The gift of a family, is priceless.

I love them all but James and Alex will have a space in my heart(particularly James because of his willingness to help and he seems to like being a chef a lot, and Alex because of his patience and positivity, he's always so sweet!). My youngest is 14, and I love that every now and then, he'll randomly grab my hand and hold it. He's not embarrassed by having his mom say I love you and giving him a hug in public. I'm so fortunate that both my boys are affectionate with their mom.

I have to extremely high anxiety and panic disorder. Traveling outside of my comfort zone is hard for me (my comfort zone is within about a one hour radius of my home). So I miss out on a lot of traveling and adventures. I often cancel or back out of things. We leave this week for Saint Augustine and have a beautiful beach house we rented. Watching your vlogs going to the city has really helped and I know I can do it and make great memories for my family.

Just a little suggestion @ 4:24 when he was thinking you called him a baby for wanting him to hold your hand. That would’ve been a perfect opportunity to teach him about being a gentleman. Let him know it’s kind & polite to hold onto someone’s arm, hand as they walk down steep stairs. Especially if you had any sort of heels on. It also would’ve made him feel better about holding onto you in the first place. Btw I’m aware he has had elopement issues but he could still be taught it’s a manners thing.
