This is one of my favorite series of teachings, especially days 4am-5am where he talks in great detail about the six perfections, super interesting. I've organized all 10 sessions from this series into a playlist on my channel if anybody's interested.

its important for people to know Buddhism does not have one tradition that spans through all Asia. There are 3 main traditions and it is easier to follow one area and keep with that and not mix up with the other two. Its always good to gain more knowledge from Tibetan but remember it has same basic teachings but different approaches.
