I've been to jcb loadall factory few times. Find it very interesting everyime. 52 seater bus load of farmers from Scotland, get a night out on the town too after factory! Still don't own one though 😂🤦♂️It's a true factory with sheets of steel been delivered one end and new machine coming out the other. Not like other manufacturers that have an assembly line of parts made elsewhere!!
I was waiting for the helicopter to land and it be a model! Thinking clever photography from Olly but it wasn’t to be. But what a great day out of the office.
Building on the right of the lake as you came in to land used to be the village school. It’s now the JCB training school and they built a brand new school to replace it for the village. Old training school is now part of golf course complex Interesting video and amazing company
people "ooook wow a helicopter trip, look at the scenery" farmers and contractors "look at those drains, that's been wet in there, look how flat that is because of pigeons"
Very interesting, i worked for JCB in Devon in the 90s and I used to take customers to the factory in the helicopter,it was Jcb colours then. It’s a fab place and they do look after you, I met Jo Bamford several times and he was a proper gent. I also worked for Merlo and have been to there factory as well, stick with Merlo it’s a better all round machine. Great video .
Well done on 16.2k subs. That’s the way to travel lat time I went in a helicopter my stomach got left on the floor the sod went up that fast. 95% today 👍🏻👍🏻
2nd comment on this video. Dairy farmer down from Scotland heading home on Thursday would love to pop over your way and just park up at the edge of the field and see that combine work we run 2 claas combines at home but nothing that sort of size
Fantastic video Olly great insight……!! Your best yet!! I’m looking forward to your harvesting next!!! I’d say your the luckiest English man on a Monday post Euros beating…..😀😂
What an experience! Would say 55% France have just change a load of covid restrictions and now I probably won't be able to go there this summer to see my family
Yea I know , I had a ride in a red one two year ago although not able to see out the window, incredible service provided by the Devon AirAmbulance but as a farmer is really good to look down on your farm and the neighbours
This is cool, mega how its still all family owned! Combining tomorrow 😕 still 3 weeks away up here 🏴 do you export all your videos from your phone or laptop?
Am I the only one who expected the helicopter to be yellow?? Looked a great trip, would love a tour round the factory and farm some day, don't own anything JOB tho...
I saw the helicopter go straight over me today olly I thought it mite be you just as you crossed the M6 into Staffordshire from Cheshire nice place iv bin twice 🙌👍
Great video olly really really enjoyed it. Even jcb admit that they need Deere in the field too 🤣 It’s on my bucket list to go to the John Deere factory!
They must have 3x helicopters, you was in 'A' & 'C' passed over us other day (F@**ing loud) & I guess there must be a 'B' as well. I tracked C as it passed over us & it took off from a field near Hull, saw it belonged to JCB & got bored of tracking it before it landed but I presume it went to the factory where you went 👍
Hi Olly you had a great daywith JCB, the helicopter looked like fun(I guessed right the other day) shame about the weather for return journey. Combines been rolling down here seen a few cut fields today. Hope to see your beast at work tomorrow, forcast is getting better for rest of week and into next week.
@@OllyBlogsAgricontractfarmer HI i'm Somerset/ Dorset border between Yeovil and Sherborne I think the cut fields I saw are farmed by Velcourt. PS put a pin in Yeovil on your map.
Hard to believe the original fastrac factory is now a housing estate. You must have got the combine number plate sorted if your going on the road tomorrow weather permitting ☀️☀️.
Good one so they took you down in the helicopter thinking they were going to convert you from merlo to jcb, then when you said you were going stay with merlo they said make your own way home,😀 I'm right aren't I 👍
The newest 300hp fastrac is a Fendt...so it should actually work and be reliable!! 🤣 Otherwise I would never ever own a JCB the last one I owned nearly bankrupted me. A pile of junk.
Will us little people still be able to communicate with you after all this? Hahaha! Actually it's good to see them treat you right, it's guys like you that keep them in business, if they relied on me they would starve!
I saw this helicopter when I was on my way to work in warrington, I said to myself jammy buggers who ever is in there if I knew it was you I would of thought the same thing jammy buggers 🤣
Great video, I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch of JCB Teletruck, what a great experience it was. Do you not use smoke bombs in the grain store now or have they been banned?
