Hi Luke! I have a request. I really enjoy Daydreaming. It's an awesome song. Would it be possible for you to make 3 new videos of stripped down versions of Ballade, New Beginning and Springtime? Like Daydreaming. I enjoy all 3 of these versions as they are. But I would really enjoy hearing piano versions of these 3 songs. For me, just to give one example. It's like listening to the first 3 albums of coldplay vs their other albums. I prefer the first 3 albums over all of the instruments added and the heavier sound in their other albums. The other albums are good. But there is something so amazing about hearing the piano in a more simplistic way. Let me know what you think of the idea. And if it's possible. Thanks for listening.

I was listening to a playlist of Mozart, Chopin, Debussy for almost half an hour but this song, Daydreaming, by Luke Faulkener, really made me stop from what I was doing. I look him up and find out he wasn't from the 19th or 20th century, but our current one. Great music, very unique. 1:15 I think it was the notes in this part that really drew me to this song. Great stuff, and I'm happy sharing this "era" in the 21st century with you.

The exact same thing happened to me, and every time I listen to this song my heart travels to places that only he knows, memories that I didn't even think I had come to mind, and maybe, simply, I find myself daydreaming just as the title suggests... Pure wonder, where the heart rests, anxiety disappears.

I didn’t come from a comment, instead i came from a youtube video. It was Classical music for reading. Out of the many songs there, I always listen to this. It bring me so much joy and just calms me down. I can’t express how much this song had helped me. It may seem crazy how just a piece of music can help you, but it does. In the end of it all its about being victorious. But I wouldn't be able to make it if it wasn't for the people I've been around with this long. I've listened to Daydreaming probably a hundred times over the past 6 years. It's one of very few pieces of music that are able to put me in touch with all that is most precious in life. You've created something truly sublime. Whenever I find an ad in the comments stating that they write their own music, I have to give their music a listen. However, I'm not usually impressed. This is the exception I have found. His songs are so good! I just wish they were longer. It seems like they go by so fast and we barely have time to feel all the emotions they give us. I found a solution though. I just listen to them over and over again... :)

This is truly what good music is it displays a feeling so strong even words cant describe it, and their is no voice displaying any sort of feeling it is just music and thats why its so pure and beautiful its not the human voice that should make you feel these emotions but the music and thats what I truly think exists in this piece.

I really hope so, Uygar GENÇ! I think it's a lot easier to get attention doing covers of established artists' songs, which is why there are so many about. There are piano composers on RU-vid, just they're harder to find. For example, I recently came across a guy called Edoardo Brotto - he's genuinely talented. Really worth checking out.

I don't know what to say, it makes me think about my life, the great things that happened to me, and then the bad ones. But it makes me think a lot. I absolutely love it. It's wonderful...one of the songs you just listen to, and start getting into deep thoughts about how great your life is. It's just perfect.

Dear Mr. Faulkner, I first heard Daydreaming. It was by Faulkner and I presumed he must be a dead classical legend, 'cause the piece was just too pure and beautiful to be of this era. Then I wikipedea-d this legend and to my dismay there was no page about him. On further googling came to know he's still alive. Oh God, my presumptions, pardon me. Well now I'm in a marathon listening to the supposed dead legend now alive and kicking. Haha. I'm glad I can say 'Thank you' to a becoming legend; Thank you for your gift. Thank God.
