Tartare sauce is really common with fish and chips, the vinegar goes on the chips not the fish although what you had were fries not chips! Chips are normally chunkier, the best ones are eaten on a beach front in the rain at a rubbish seaside town :) Hope you had a good trip, you'll deffo have to sight see when it isn't the London Marathon- loads of road closures hence why your uber was so delayed and cancelled!

Kim Thuy is a wonderful speaker and storyteller! She has done a few events for us at work and so many of my colleagues and I agree that we could listen to her speak all day! I speak French so I’ve seen a number of her videos online in French, but I believe there are some in English as well.
