For sheets, I just fold everything for the set and put it in one of the matching pillow shams! That way they don't get wrinkled but also the sets stay organized and it's easier to store too.

We take our fitted and standard sheet, folded, and shove them in their pillowcase to store. Everything is together and it looks better in the linen closet. Game changer! Love your videos. Thanks for sharing!

I store all my sheets inside of their pillowcase. I put each set the top and bottom sheet and 1 pillowcases all together inside the second pillowcase! It keeps everything so neat.

I love your content and following your journey from going off BCP . I had a rare, ischemic stroke 4 years ago today actually, that was caused by BCP combined with aura migraines. I still have very bad brain fog and migraines. Off BCP now, my cycles are irregular and my endocrinologist just put me on 2 medicines, one for PCOS and one to regulate my pituitary gland hormones. It initially took me about 1 full year to get my first period after being off the pill. Watching your videos helps me so much. You're so genuine and kind-hearted that it inspires me to be better about my health. I just turned 30 in July. So I'm close to preparing for fertility/having kids, etc.

I store my sheets with everything folded & then put the fitted sheet, flat sheet & 1 pillow case inside the other pillow case - that way a whole set is all together & you don’t have to dig.

Glad your exam & tests turned out well. Most people are low in vitamin D and need more sunlight. Cash is adorable and so sweet! Your pumpkin loaf bread turned out so pretty! I have a Dyson. I love it. It works best on hair that is about 80% dry. I also have long hair so I purchased the long barrels to curl and they work so much better than the ones that come with the Dyson package.

Hey Michelle, I’m also in the DFW area and looking for a doctor who treats the issues you’re looking for. Can you let me know which doctor you’re seeing in the video? I love that she doesn’t push more pills on you and is recommending supplements. I’ve also had doctors refuse to do a hormone panel for me even though my period sometimes goes missing for three months straight, and only recommend me to go on low dose birth control when I’ve already told them I’m ttc. Please and thank you!
