DAYS IN MY LIFE: influencer stuff nobody talks about, being social, & brand events 

I experienced similar anxiety problem and I ignored them and it turn into the point i’d have panic attacks in public or get so light headed and nauseous and my heart rate would spike and i’d nearly pass out. It got to where I couldn’t even get in the car without freaking out and I couldn’t control it. If you think it might be a serious issue tackle it before it gets worse. I am on a anxiety medication now and I cannot explain how much better my life is emotionally

You’re just emotionally drained. From all the stress and anxiety you felt the day before was just catching up to you. It’s happened to be and feels way worse than being physically drained/tired.
