Days in my life, mutton curry, how to grow an avocado plant 

Sharing a few days in my life. The weather has been gorgeous so lots of trips to the park, I show how to grow an avocado plant and share a simple mutton curry recipe.

Mutton curry recipe:
1kg Mutton
1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
1 teapoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
3 Whole Cloves
2 Medium Onions (sliced)
3 Tomatoes (sliced)
1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Finger Chilli
700ml Water
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan on medium/high heat and add the coriander seeds, cumin seeds and cloves. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the onions and cook until translucent, Add the tomatoes and cook until soft. When the oil separates from the rest of the mixture, stir in the garlic & ginger paste, salt, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric and chilli powder.
3. Add the mutton and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the water and bring to the boil. Add the finger chilli to the pan. Turn to the lowest flame, cover the pan and simmer for 1 hour.
4. Serve with rice or chapatti.
