Soo true, normal carrots taste better, had you tried to cut them like sticks and putting them in the airfrier 12 minutes, put some salsa and they are perfect to combine avocado toast, you have to tried it, life changer!❤

Have you ever explained to your mom that some people are prone to anorexia simply by genetics? I’m a chronically ill person, and unfortunately I’ve had to learn that there are some people I have to limit talking about my disabilities with because they’re not going to understand maybe in the future, you could have a therapy session with your mom?

hi dani im in ed recovery and i find it really hard focusing on other things accept for food and stressed when im going to eat again and i feel so fituge,i know your not an professional or somthing but if you could help me ,and i do see an physicalihsed,,and i am scared for gianing weight and people from school judging me ,and i just feel so stressed and anxious all the time
