Depression is something some of us go through but be careful not to own it because hopefully nobody wants to keep it so no more “my depression” if you want it to go away

You are refreshing girl. You are like my mom and sister when they get stuck. They shop and take stuff back. Me I hibernate. I needi it to come out the house. Teaching 7 year olds is exhausting and taking care of 80 year olds after school is exhausting.

Going for walks in nature always helped me. Recently i started going to the park and laying out on the bare grass for an hour or so, when I get up I feel so much better.
