Hey Mikey could you please tell me how I would calculate the reorder point if I haven’t started selling yet. My business is new and I am on the verge on launching, so I done have an average daily sales yet. How do I calculate my ROP on the start of my business, so that I can reorder my current stock when it gets low ?

Can the same formula be applied for a month instead of 365 days?
@lealudwig714

I assume if the sold of COGS is based on a month instead of a year, than the ratio is based on one month which means 30 divided by ratio.
