Never knew he was Scottish. I’ve only seen him two things... a small part on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, which he played an American soldier. Great actor

He looks like he checking himself periodically within the interview on his diction. He went to University in Kent almost 2 decades ago, I imagine they taught made him take diction classes to speak Queen's English which would provide for more work versus a Scottish brogue accent. On Days he usually sounds like an Englishman (in a similar vein to James Scott) and not a Scot.

It is possible he grew up in England. I thought he was Australian at first, or maybe from New Zealand or South Africa.
