Days toward the end of 2021 was lit 🔥. In terms of recent years, that period of Days was the most exciting that any of the soap operas have been in quite a while 💯.
She doesn't have an Emmy? I always assumed because she is so casually and matter of factly amazing that I naturally assumed she was on her 10th emmy at least. She embodied the possession with no winks at the audience, no apologies played straight to the point where you don't even see Deidre or Marlena, just the dreaded devil him or herself. She is very pun intended scary as hell, threatening, menacing, unpredictable and unsettling, in the 90s and now. I love how Ron made it all canon and no explanations waving away the clear supernatural destruction she made as she cut through the whole town and used their darkest secrets and vulnerabilities in a way that caused subtle and major seismic chaos across Salem. This was Dark Shadows level amazing, like in the 60s. It was played real and felt scary. Excellent work from the whole crew in front and behind the camera.
i agree, i liked the original deeper tone version better, it actually seems like your talking to a demonic entity in the original. i like this storyline, I've also been hearing the devil might be still around, after making a deal with Marlena. i had a feeling we didn't see the last of him after Trip jumped out the window, sure he didn't have any body to jump into, but how do you know he's really gone.
@@TomAS-wm5mn do you know what the woods actually even scarier than the original is actually the new one two years ago but doing the promos the demonic voice that was actually talking to Marlena you would think that would be the same Voice that enters inside Marlena and not only that when you look at the promos and you hear the laugh and you hear them talking that sounds even more scarier than the original
