Really nice footage you got of the A6400 and great video! I have a question, how did you get 4K in your slowmotion shots? were they upscaled from 1080p 120fps?

Some of it is 4k 30fps, and some of it is just an upscaled 120fps. I think its pretty clever, you wont notice it when watching on your phone. Tried it on my 4k tv and i can see the difference

This camera is so good, that when the A6600 was released i realized i could sell my a7iii and a6400 and only need one camera. I still have an RX0 II as a B cam, but man, Sony has really changed the industry.

Ya know. I came here to see what the capabilities of the a6400 are. And I was surprised to say the least. However, it made me realize the camera doesn’t do any work at all. It’s just a tool. The real work is done by the one holding it. This video was lovely and refreshing and definitely professional. I often dwell on camera gear thinking it can get me to the next level. But videos like this always shut me up and force me to reflect on my ability as a photographer and not as a gear consumer. Well done. It isn’t often I find videos that force me to think this way. But I’m glad I found this one. Great job. Definitely inspired.

That rolling shutter sucks though. Only reason why I would never recommend this camera, certainly not for vlogging where a lot of handheld is involved. In Sony world everything is gelatine. 😂
