The battery in all Ford products are bluetooth so there shouldn't be any wires connected to them. check your connection between the flux capacitor and the orbital transducer.

Hello,did you find the fuse for this lamps?mine don't work,took them of,put 12 V and the light...so,I guess is a broken fuse..but can't find it anywhere!!

@@danisan551 you should be able to find where the fuse box is by looking at the owners manual

@@kc300c I search it on manual,on internet..no separate fuse just for this puddle lights...Some people say that the light only at night time,because are in tune with the light sensor...I will see tonight

daniel b.... i have just install new puddle lights in my 2012 ford taurus, and they work well immediately, but when I open the car by remote later that night, they came on and so did all the interior lights..and all interior and the puddle stayed on very long, too long, until I ended up disconnecting the battery...Did you fund any solution for your issues with your puddle staying on longer than normal, and if so, what was it?

joseph russell The lights are timed and you change that time with a Ford program called FORScan. It's free for the download.

Exactly the tabs look pretty much the same but then can't be coz it's a hell of a pain in the arse to push them back in and they don't sit into the slot properly

@@ivannn02I’m have the same problem there is no way it’s coming out without breaking it I’ve pried I’ve wished and everything the clamp removes and they are halfway out but will not come out… I’m about to break them to replace as one is already not working anyway. same here, on my 17 fusion sport, the clip side is out, but the other side won't budge

I had the same problem on my 2013 fusion I accidentally pushed the clip inside but not the other side which turn out to help...so just put out as much as possible the side with no clip and then just use the flat head screwdriver on the other side like you would normally would and comes out a lot easier at least for me it did...hope it helps someone because it was at first a pain in the ass to get out

Juan Pena Corona where did you buy your LEDs for your Fusion? I have a 2014 Fusion SE and want to do this but am having difficulty finding the right LED. Also did you have any troubles with the light pulsing? Everywhere I read people say that happened to them and the only solution is a resister.

Chickenwing Those lights are simple. The bulb needs to be replaced. If one side is not working, either you're not getting power to the light or the light is not grounded. Check the wires at the point where they come out of the door. One of those wires has been broken.

Jason Amerson it's because LEDs use less power than OEM so you need to get a resister to balance the power

Hi Slifer, i have almost the same problem, the led is turn but lights up with little brightness and when I open the door pulse once, What would be the value of the resistance that you advise me to install? Would it be parallel? My led bulbs are Sylvania Thanks.

if it dint came from factory (OEM) than no i don't recommend you doing it.

If thy came LED from the factory you wouldn’t have to replace them. I can’t specifically speak for the 150 but I have installed the LED puddle lamp replacement in three Taurus of the 2013/2014 model year and about to tackle for 2015 Expedition. The ones DAN Smith sells are truly plug and play and after the first one very easy. Follow the wiring connection correctly and you are fine. Even if you install wires backward there are only two per mirror you have a 50/50 shot if they don’t work then try again. I would recommend to check wiring connections and ops check prior to installing back in the mirror assembly. Literally takes about less than five minutes per mirror.
