YES! Time for them to ride around aimlessly speeding,making tons of noise, breaking every road law,causing streets to be closed off,getting into accidents! Yeah!
....spoken like a real Floridian lol! My kids say the same thing when bike week happens, great...get ready for a bunch of traffic and noise! They have a fish camp in OakHill and it tends to get a little rowdy during the festivities!!
Wouldn't it be nice if some of the people who enjoy vacationing here year after year did something to help the community they see trying to recover around them besides show up to get drunk for four days and be as loud as possible.

What this is is people showing up with zero respect for what everyone here just went through with the intentions of trashing it further and disrupting the locals. It's a trashy event that attracts elderly drunks. I said what I said. Everyone here knows it. The old "they spend money here" is just about the dumbest retort I have ever heard. Send these people elsewhere. Most of Daytona Beach looks disgusting right now. Hold an event- help clean it up- give us a break from the bikers for one year.... something. Anything is more constructive than thousands of elderly drunk drivers invading the area.

@@Beachpaintings daytona has been going downhill for decades, lack of jobs, terrible schools, crime rates, drugs. booze, panhandling. It's a haven for derilicts, they are lucky the bikers choose to go there
