I’m currently suffering from depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder. Today, my mother and I went to a grocery store for dinner ingredients, and I didn’t realize it was the grocery store my crush works at. I sat in the car and balled my eyes out while my mother went in and shopped. I’m 229 pounds and struggle with eating. I lose weight for two months, then crash and gain more than I was before. It’s a vicious cycle and it’s getting harder and harder to try and be happy. But then I watch your vids and for those 20 minutes give or take, I feel happy. Thank you so much
