it will hit the limiter in 7th gear at well north of 200mph. My 550hp s3 with the 7 speed would do 200 with some rpm left but not enough runway 😂 The 6 speeds hit the limiter about 190.....

It’s always great to see 2 cars actually running equal power (as opposed to quoted equal power but one not really showing it on the strip) and both owners being humble and respectful of each other and their builds. Good races them, mad times too… Up there with the Porsches on the leaderboard!

No, the advantage here was that the RS3 had anti lag/rolling launch control and the 140i didn't. B58 clearly faster as times showed. They should've both gone without anti lag

In the back of the car? Help me make sense? So you're telling me this guy installed an ice box in the back, and a pump, to pump water through lines all the way to the front of the car, which I'll assume is then jacketed around the intercooler to get possibly a 10-15 degree temp drop in intake, and still lost to the Audi with the same hp that didn't do any of that shit? If ever there were a definition of over engineering, this would be it. But maybe I'm missing something. 😂

@LeeXRV then why the rs was gaining on the top end of the second drag race? Was it jump or the response and the spool of the M140I were slow? The BMW driver was brake boosting on the second roll race, that's why the gap was smaller. And that was said by the BMW driver between the two rolls. Dragy times and real race sometimes are different.
