That’s a great question and I should make a video on this. I actually make a mistake in this game by taking E instead of Q. I actually was going to skill Q but at the last second, I thought my MK wasn’t going to nuke the range creep so I skilled E and used it. If your carry has a way to secure the range creep, I would take Q. If your carry cannot secure the range creep with a nuke, I would take E and get the first range creep. On radiant, I would be more open minded to take Q because you can get good harass in since the wave will push quickly. So my short answer is: it depends but mostly take Q unless you want to secure a last hit with E.

Oh great thanks, I hear some strategie of bsj about against certain type of heroes with Wich you don't wanna trade scale 3 first but didn't get it

There are always going to be heroes that are stronger than you in the laning stage like for example, longer attack range (sniper) or a really long nuke (techies) or really fast (weaver) so those lanes you have to be more careful because it’s harder to land poison touches. Where you stand will really matter.
