This song was released the week after my 13th birthday.. On that week we also had moved house to another area of the country. I always feel so nostalgic when I listen to this song because I associate it so strongly with such a pinnacle moment in my life: leaving my childhood years (and home) and entering my awkward difficult teenage years and new home.. It's both a happy and a sad nostalgia.
That's what I love most about music and pop music in particular. A song can take you back to a place - happy, sad or both - and let you live in that period again, even if it's only for a few minutes. :)
Yeah.. and not to get too tumblr deep about it! lol.. But I am 27 now and I just look back to that time and want to say to the shy little 13 year old me exactly that lyric: "Can't you see that life is easy if you consider things from another point of view" :)

I am also searching for a song. It has a similar feel to this song. All I know is that the chorus went like this: It is so nice, to look at the stars tonight. My favourite type, that shine in the morning light.
I was 10 or 11 when this song was released, and loved it back then. It still sounds amazing 20 plus years later. Moony had such an amazing voice, and I remember her solo song Dove, also. It's such a shame I didn't see more of her in the charts. Very talented!❤

Superb song....and they are from Padua (Italy)....damn love it! I was living in Roma in 02 when this song came out and had no clue they were from Italy....none of my Italian friends never mentioned it...perhaps they didn't even know! LOL!

Ella es "Moony" (Monica Bragato) cantante italiana, conocida también por la canción "Dove (I'll be loving you)" me encantaría ver ese performance en Top Of The Pops pero no sé si exista.
