I like running C assist on point because I don't practice much using my point assist and C assist are pretty much a brain dead combo extension, but I'm too afraid to be stranded for a long ass time to use it on my mid or anchor lol.

@@truediamant777 They have more recovery and start-up slower than normal assists. But they give very easy confirms on hit, come out instantly during a combo, have decent blockstun and auto-lock to the opponent (some even lock on to them midair!). Basically, they are assists that are really good at giving you what you want with little need for timing or positioning, but take a lot more time to use after activation and start-up slower in Nuetral. Tl:Dr: They make combos and confirms easier, but it makes your nuetral game really hard without a way to get in consistently, and your block strings a lot less safe and effective.

This is team “strongest of each arc” Base goku for sayian arc, teen Gohan for Cell arc, kid boo for boo arc (yes boo was stronger, goku needed both a spirit bomb AND a health regen from the dragon to beat a weakened boo), and SSJ from Frizza arc (technically he’s there in Gohan’s level 3.
