People who put it low don't even know what he do Xd. It have one of the best pressure and mixups n the entire game, really good damage and his neutral is extremely underrated, like if u are good people cannot jump freely because of 214S. 214L,M and H also extremely good abilities it tanks almost everything and u can use assist to make it safe on whiff.

Some advice would be either to include timestamps/chapters OR just a mouse pointer or something that's clearly hovering the character you're discussing. Trying to scroll through to find _______ and there's barely any mention of the name after the initial mention is a bit difficult 😅
Honestly play who you're comfortable with. Ik it sounds corny, but every character has pretty valid sauce (ie Baseku's damage and fear factor) and you'll get plenty of mileage playing who you enjoy ^^ good luck to you

I just came back to the game after a year-long break and my new team I was looking to learn consisting of Ginyu, Cooler and Zamasu seems really solid. Even more nice that they seem to be on the position on the tier list that I like to play, cause I tend to like characters who are high tier but not top tier. ...Yknow, at least for the top level of play, but even though top level of play is different to that kind of low/mid level of play that I'm on, the top level tier lists are still gonna be the more publicly accepted perception of these characters' strengths.
This is random but still hope they buff coolers OTG, whiff in the corner and buff his dive kick for more hitstun for combo extention with assist, give piccolo a knockdown that doesn't require meter or just buff his demon slicer from light to heavy and return kid buu his medium stomps, better neutral but not too much, buff his arm ball and mystic ball and bring back his happy birthday. It’s been a while since I’ve played the game but when I did I was zen oh tank and an 85% winrate but never in a million years would I think jiren would ever be at the top of a tier list along with Nappa and 17
As a blue vegeta main, all i can say is change guard point on 214H to become a 4-Frame anti air and reduce blockstun on big bang attack on fullscreen. Should not jail to sd in fullscreen. I’d prefer a universal damage buff but thats just me, feel free to disagree.
Only thing really disagree with is Kefla's placement. Shes certainly very strong as a point for obvious reasons and she does synergize with literally everyone but thats her weakness in my opinion. If youve ever been anchor kefla you know that unless you have spark your mix up options are incredibly limited and her nutrual is all projectiles and while 5M is a big active button its slow aswell. The command dash will get you killed if you use it solo as you're minus 4 after it. 236 L is a nothing burger in nutrual. 236 M forces them to the floor but with what follow up for mix up options? 214 are ki blast invulnerable but they really not used to do that ever
I would also dare to say some - if not "most" of UI's tools are slow. One thing is certain that is he can condition you quite a chunk, maybe not to the extent of Hit who can de-incentivize particular things or other characters who does it better. 🤔

One thing, Inzem. The #1 best thing about tier list video is the process of actually going through the characters and also visually putting them in one by one. It's like a giant math equation. If you just show the whole thing with the '= the answer' and then explain it, it's just not so interesting anymore. Now I understand you just wanted to make something different for yourself by prepping it in advance, but still. Thanks anyway and congratz on winning evo!
Trunks Level 2 is still pretty bad, while sure it's nice that he has one (since most other characters don't have a level 2), its damage, in comparison to other level 2's, is straight up awful. Like at times it can be situational and feels like a waste of a bar if anything.
