@@er.28 For going into any IT sector you should learn DAA, DS , DBMS,any programming language . If interested in web development you can learn HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT. Once you moved into these basics you will understand what you want to chose next and various resources would come your way.
@@er.28 there are plenty of resources , just watch the video playlists which are matching to your course and syllabus.(For getting a good GPA). In the remaining time can practice coding and some interview questions before the interview and English aptitude and reasoning are sufficient for placements.

This has become a general trend of giving advantages of topic which we are teaching over another. :) Both file system and DBMS are equally important and are used for storing different types of data. So they are different. How can we compare them and decide which one is better without knowing for which purpose we have to use it?
