Great one for apartment backup power. My friend Bob got a Jackery 1000 and he loves it. I have more space so I custom built a 1000 watt inverter with deep cycle battery system in my basement. It will keep things running for about five hours and then I switch to my inverter generator if I need more power.
Jackery is great, but more money. This one is perfect for my needs. But everyone should have sone sort of power back up. Good to hear from you brother, hope your doing well.
I've been looking at these for a while, I just wish there was one available with more 12v outputs instead of mains. Would be the ideal one for a radio operator then. I'm considering the OH8STN build, but I'm struggling to find the Headway cells here in the UK.
