I would say Anos and Rimuru are the same tier unable to kill eachother but i fully believe that Rimuru would win. As far as i see thier are 3 outcomes possible In a battle betwen them. First Rimuru manages to eat Anos. 2nd Rimuru traps ANos in an imaginery dimension. 3rd and most liklly is it becomes a draw since nither can kill eachother but Rimuru returns stronger and managaes to defeat Anos...I am a fan off both novel/manags/animes. even at 100% ANos i believe Rimurus abilitys to be to much of a cheat., one of them is he only needs to be atacked by ANos abilitys once to abosrb analys it and then use it for himself.
