Dragon Ball Z Hyper Dimension was one of the last games to come out on the SNES, and it made huge improvements to the garbage that was the Butouden series. Still pretty broken. I didn't cover sky battles here, that nonsense would require another whole video.

upforward - forward - downforward - down - B. It's just jumping then divekicking as fast as possible, get the timing down and you can do it really fast.
