SkyWalker city took away a lot of programs for the youth. You'd rather have these young men riding dirt bikes than so many other activities you could get into in any major city. dc is going through gentrification big time so it wont be long till its stopped. but you see them riding in se and ne mostly. not saying they don't ride uptown. and they crossover into md. just come to the dmv and really get a feel for the area.
