Very complex armature windings, and well executed winding! You do wonderful work, with minimal equipment. Congratulations to you and your crew! One piece of simple equipment you might try to procure is a mica undercutter for the armature commutators. I haven't seen one in many years, but I am sure they are available. There are different thicknesses of saw blades to match the mica thicknesses. The cut depth is adjustable. It would be easy enough to build one in your shop. Good luck, and continue the great work!!
