it's kind of funny how the sculpt lends itself to all the articulation points; the band on the bicep, how the shoulder cuff could have worked, the ab crunch could've been hidden by the harness...odd choice but great looking figure

Damn he looks so good!! Really don't understand why no fists were added though. Mcfarlane nailed this otherwise. We need a Two Face now!! Great vid! 👍

I know it sucks that Bane has no set of two fists, But c'mon, He is way better than the BAF version of himself and he looks classic while looking imposing to Batman and Batman will find a way to stop Bane from breaking his back, Awesome review.

That Bane is dope …. Wish he had double jointed elbows or a swivel

Beautiful release. I agree the articulation of the arms and not having an extra fists maybe lower a couple of points but this is a must-get for me. Congrats on all your campaign and it's a great idea you have that countdown live! Have fun (can't join but hope you enjoy)

I think this is a combo of his Rebirth look and his Knightfall look. Boots are definitely Knightfall but the vest is more of his Rebirth look (I believe).

Solid review and can't wait to get him he'll look great fighting the new Azbat!

the lack of a bicep swivel and some ab crunch/bend would be nice. If Hasbro can do it so can Mcfarlane.

Figure looks great but there's so much room in that box they should of included two fist hands in there. The Rogue's gallery is coming along nicely though. Hopefully we'll get Two-face, Poison Ivy, Catwoman and Mr. Freeze soon.

That pose breaking batman back looks so good. Was waiting to see someone do that. Can't wait for this

This just became one of my new favorite channels. In love with this bane. And me and my woman thought I was the only idiot that loves the smell of a fresh our of the box figure. I'd buy air freshener that had that smell

Just gotta find the areal batman from knightfall to go with him, I've been really enjoying bane, you can get his hands together above his head like he's he's gonna do a double fist drop and it looks so sick XD

Even from the beginning McFarlane always had problems with the paint applications. I would sit on the floor of a store and just look at four orfive of the same figure to make sure I had the best paint because they were all different. it’s really frustrating because you never know if you’re gonna get a good one or not

I have him preordered from gamestop (really the only place that doesn't have him sold out) and due to his price I get free shipping. he looks good but yeah, I woulda also liked alternate fist hands.

Wow, this figure looks so good even with the missteps from manufacturing. I would love to see Bane the Bat from his own Forever Evil miniseries as a figure.

Hell yeah! Really liking the look of this bane. Looks so much better than the BAF. Nice head sculpt. Dope he can break bats back. I know the obvious gripe is no fisted hands but it would’ve also been nice for some weapon wielding hands as well for some melee weapons. Overall tho loving this one, can’t wait for mine. Another awesome review man!

Just got mine in today and I love him, but I have a few issues. He needs a glove cuff on his right arm as his wrist just looks weird. I would have liked it if the harness wasn't glued and pegged into him. I wanted to go for a more accurate Knightfall Bane but I can't do that now. And he should have had alternate hands. Other than a little paint slop or lack of paint in a few areas, like the bottom of his mask, looks like he has a flesh colored cable around his neck, the figure is great.

McFarlane should’ve used that extra plastic for some fists!

So you managed to balance Bane on one foot in the back breaker pose?! I couldn't get it. I tried using one of my S.H. Figuarts stands to act as a "leg" holding his raised leg in place to keep him from falling over. I've got my Bane holding the blue variant DC1000 Batman up over his head just before the back breaker. (I also have my Page Punchers Grodd holding a limp unconscious PP Flash up in one hand slightly above eye line). Bane needed crisper paint, McFarlane's typical torso articulation and shoulder rotator cuffs, but the sculpt, and textures are amazing. He needs to stop with the elbow rotation that he's using on Mega Figs. It's much less realistic than the bicep rotation joint. I did see that you obtained custom made fists for Bane. You shouldn't have had to do this, Todd should've provided them. If he couldn't without charging more, than it only proves what I've been saying for a while now. He needs to charge $50 for Mega Figs, BUT do a more premium paint app, and include some accessories and/or swappable parts like hands or a head. I'm just so grateful that Bane's design is this and we didn't get the stereotypical luchador mask with the mouth and nose cut out. That would have ruined it for me. Based on recent figure reveals, it looks like we'll really be able to dive into the rogues galleries of Flash, Batman, and Superman. Plus, those Aquaman 2 movie figures, Mega Figs, and 12" statues are coming out next year.

Too bad the paint is sloppy on him but I LOVE the look of this Bane! Love the addition of the straps! Looks like the classic Knightfall design we all know and love while at the same time giving him a more modern look. I agree that he looks like our good buddy Bones! So bad ass! :D

How can they provide more articulation and fist to Killer Croc and not Bane is still an issue. Mcfarlane likes to evolve backwards

I'll be passing on this figure Unfortunately, as most of the megafigs go the elbow articulation is lazy and doesn't even reach 90° it makes the figure unposable in my eyes and they haven't even bothered to put a bicep swivel in or the pseudo butterfly joint in the shoulder he looks awesome but generally it's the articulation that I look for in these figures and this is severely lacking bane is an athletic guy he is agile for a giant and deserves proper double elbows and a bicep swivel

Can always count on Mcfarlane to disappoint! I wish the DC license would get away from him! So much wasted time with it! Hes so delusional thinking hes giving fans what they want & doing a good job! Figures are either complete trash or close to being something great but missing a key feature ruining it like this one! Dont even get me started on the sculpts & design choices!
