How does Colors selection process work? Like they've been showing me brand new artists that have a low amount of views on YT. It's crazyyy.

They probably employ people to listen to music all day on soundcloud, spotify etc and if they find someone good they invite them to Berlin to film Colours, but they probably have a hard time with scheduling though since people are on tour, recording and whatever. But yeah, that's how I assume it works. Whatever they do they're doing a great job at it though
