watched this while sitting in a coffee shop by myself, my therapist recommended I do this weekly and it’s honestly really helpful in dealing with loneliness and isolation - plus literally no one cares or notices the fact that you’re by yourself tbh

I just started listening to Pretty Basic and its soooo good!! Also I feel so compelled to make vlogs alone because you and Liyah always make vlogs alone so I find reassurance that you are so comfortable being alone. I struggle with that same issue, I know how to be alone but my first few years in college I was rarely alone when I wanted to do something so now that I'm no longer friends with those people I definitely have to get used to doing things by myself but its fun to go out and enjoy life by yourself

If you don’t have a ring light, get one.. they work really well when it comes to lighting! The ramen looked so good..
