The DeWalt is a bit faster drilling but really they're similar enough that I'd use either one and let the other tools I need decide if I'm grabbing Makita or DeWalt that day
How much run out/chuck wobble is to be expected, especially on a smaller Bosch model? Mine seems to have a little wobble straight out of the box but I’m told by Bosch it’s normal, and other reviews I’ve read also say Bosch told them the same thing, it’s normal...
A bit is normal for sure; it's got some room in the chuck for the bit to slide. But normally it's only a problem at the surface before the bit gets in and becomes centred by the rotation. The amount of wobble I saw here only should be a problem if doing small holes like 5mm, then it can wear down the sides a bit. Deeper in it should be ok
