How was the transition from DCP to F/T CM? How far into the program did you apply and was there a gap between the 2 where you didn't work? Do you have any experience with the Aspire program?

Hello thank you for the information. I just came across your video. I just applied for DCP in january this year and got so excited for my email for in consideration (idk if you got that email when you applied). I am just waiting for my phone interview email and hope i get it. I wanted to ask...I am a bit older than you 32 and it might not matter but do you think it will matter that im that old? how did you get to be full time after your dcp?
