11:25 in these situations you should normally use the TGP to mark the target first before handing it to the maverick weapon seeker, but you need to have the TGP soy when moving the TDC otherwise the cursor moves to fast and you cant pinpoint the target, when the TGP is soy the TDC cursor moves way slower, you actually did it the hard way, just with the maverick weapon seeker lol congratz, im loving this campaign and to be honest i am here because the first time i really couldn't find the convoy after 5 or even 10 minutes of searching, i don't know if the location is in the Pre- debrief or not because i normally don't take my time to read it and study the slides more in detail. now i know where it is because i took your coordinates from the TGP top right screen lol, a little cheat i guess, but now im in a dilemma if i should use the coordinates or not since i like to play these campaigns slowly and even repeating, like i did with mission 2 i repeated 4 times till i got a score of 100, well is just like eating good food, tasting it, i think i will search, the convoy seems to be at the northeast of waypoint 3
The problem I had at 11:25 was the contrast I set on the maverick was not allowing me to lock on the target. When I swithed to COH it allow me to lock the target. In the F16 I can slew the maverick with no problems. With the A10 is more dificult. I have also issues detecting targets when given instructions, you are not alone, its a pain, but if you pay attention of what she says its very clear where to look at, but I become disoriented most of the times.
