Man BD, Your videos are better entertainment than watching TV! HUGELY helpful and informative, i always wondered how they turned the aircraft when there's no pull through like other hangars, that's cool. THANKS!!!!
they are playing pop-up with you where one radar or sam system goes down whether that means turning off the set or being hit they turn other sets more on to take you down.
Wonder why the 11 didn't power down. Mine always does, and isn't so easily killed. Also my HTS pod keeps bugging out, and wont let me lock. :\ Awesome video as always though
Thanks for the video. kinda wish you'd have used the bulls coordinates to find the targets though. Would have been super helpful especially since I think that that's how the mission was meant to be played and a great learning opportunity. I tried using the fcr with the hsd at the coordinates and create markpoints. However, I found that whenever I'd create the markpoint, the bulls coords in the hsd would offset by a fair amount from what was shown before the markpoint was stored. not sure the reason 😟
If you have a mark point with the FCR and your TGP is offset, it may be because of a previous steerpoint. If that is the case, you simply need to click "CZ" (Cursor Zero) to correct it and it'll look directly at the mark point.
Man, that took a couple of tries! Did you take the wind in the target area in to account when dropping the 105's? I set the BA at 1000 and they still did not hit the radars I targeted but went quite a bit to the side of it. Reduced the BA to 750ft and finally got some hits, but sparsely. When the last SA6 popped up I had to yell, 'Going in for guns' and starting channelling my inner Dos Gringos, finally got the job done.
Unfortunately, we still hadn't gotten fusing options in the f-16 at the recording of this video. So no, I wasn't able to set any of that. In this video, I was dropping with default settings since that's all I could do at the time.
No. It was Juicebox, but there were already quite a few RU-vid channels with that name , and none that were named BogeyDope at the time, so I went with that.
