you can also slew the shkval to targets stored in your ABRIS (received from your wingmen via the datalink if they spot anything when given the 'recon' command)
9K121 - is not the missiles. In GRAD index (General Rocket and Artillery Department, rus. ГРАУ) 9 stands for rocket/missile weaponry, K stands for complex (system). For the future: 9K for system, 9M for munitions, 9P for launchers.

Great vid! I got Black Shark 3 a few weeks back and I’m making decent progress, but I keep finding myself in this scenario where I’m lazed, target locked, but I won’t get launch authority (“C”) symbology. Sometimes if I turn the shkval off and use the cannon boresighted and then switch back to Vihkr guided, it will grant authority and I can launch. I definitely don’t know what I’m doing though, and need to figure this out, because I’m essentially button mashing at the worst time. This will help, thank you.

I cant seem to keep the ka 50 in a hover its stabilisers are horrible they make the helicopter kill itself so i have to fight the stablisers can anyone tell me why that happends?
Are you making use of the trimmer. Standard procedure is to hold the trimmer down during a maneuver, stabilise and then release the trimmer. Also make sure that you just have the pitch, roll and yaw channels on. Altitude should be off usually.
It can only fire on one target at a time although with some delay between the missile it might be possible to slew onto a second target. You might hit the emission limit for the laser though. Vikhr does not have top attack ability due to it's beam riding nature.
Volk (RU-vid creator name) showed a technique where this is possible, but you have to have both targets close within the same azimuth from the heli and the first missile hits the closer target, second for the further. Essentially you fire two missiles at the first target, they will ride the same beam. And after the first missile hits, you slew the Shkval to the 2nd target and the 2nd middle turns and keeps following as you guide to the second target. This was a video done before Black Shark 3 was released, so it’s unclear if they avionics modeling still allows for this to work. It’s not very practical anyways, but Volk definitely seems to be the Ka-50 RU-vidr that pushes the limit of the platform.
just do the 2 min INU alignment and then crate a fixpoint at your location using the GNSS data. Then correct your position to that fix point and bam you have skipped the 15 min process @@polarbear4198
