When you want to lose speed fast by pitching up high without adding altitude or descending and without getting into downwash, you pitch up, trim it there and use the collective so that the gauge on the top left remains at 0 climb as much as possible.

Just picked up the BS2 on trial, BS3 not available. This isn't working at my end. First issue I have, as soon as I start forward flight the heads up display is automatically changing to another mode, doesn't look at all like your heads up, so I can't follow along. When I'm on the ground it looks like yours, but as soon as forward flight starts, the display changes. I fly solely in vr? Edit: Disregard, I cleared all categories of the binds that were set under controls, nothing was overlapping, duplicated, but it's behaving as you show in the video now.
Hi I just picked up the KA-50 and I've been searching for quality tutorials to help me into it. I found that yours are by far the best suited for my learning style. I've greatly enjoyed them, they are brilliant, thank you. However, I was very disappointed that there were only three. Is there any chance that you will be making any more, given that BS3 is likely on the horizon? Either way, I hope that you are well and are enjoying whatever you are doing atm.
Awesome! What's the bet way to descend quickly then. I tend to go heads down in the schkval and don't realise ive gained like 1k feet. I then try to descend while hovering but enter vrs. Another weird issue is I'll seem to clip the rotors together and fall out the sky and I haven't even done any aggressive manoeuvres
Question. I've been having problems with transitioning from route mode to killing mode. I can do route following no problem and I can do hover/weapon selection/launching with no problems but, stringing it all together trips me up. After launching weapons how do I change the hud back to the way it was when I was following the route. Cheers
