Do you mean so you can move ground forces about? If so you can do this with combined arms and the F10 map, or just get in and drive them about. I do it all the time on MP servers, tell mobile Sam systems to go into a busy city so they're mega hard to take out.

Yes, it can be recreated in DCS, my intial few try was loft from far by pitching up higher like you suggested. I was surprised how far i can loft the rockets. Maybe i will do another video to replicate this. But then there was no SAM firing at me for that dramatic effect lol. So i release this version of video

You can do it. I have done it in the Hind a few times to saturate an area to avoid few AAA assets

Thanks man! They do leave craters but are pretty small, in Multiplayer i still can see jets taking off no problem. But if you plan to hit any enemy jets on the runway, this is the best choice. For taking out runway, i found the S-25 rockets works wonder. They are freaking huge and you gotta get slightly closer to launch those babies with the same attack profile. Try it!

I think it was within 3 miles, 20-25 degree pitch. I aimed the piper at the middle portion of the runway. I believe we can loft from way further. I haven't tested it out
