Great video. I love the “Air show crowd” sitting on their deck chairs with their popcorn & coke enjoying the show of the poor victim about to be medevac’d. I would love a smaller more challenging landing area, more like the impossibly small areas that Reflected Simulations chose in his Paradise lost campaign. Considering you flew this on a flat screen rather than in vr I think your landings were pretty good. One more thing I do to increase the immersion is to map the “Crew Status” info box to my HOTAS that I can get rid of or bring back up if I need to ask them to “help carry out my wishes” (i.e., that being the opposite of rescuing people) on a combat mission.

I'm using the Virpil Collective with Blackhawk grip and the CM3Base with the Mongoos2 Grip :)

IT's amazing how MS-2020 can make things look so real and DCS & X-plane can make things almost look purposely fake. Such a disparity between products and people like Austin could not give an ish. Great podcast of Marianas Islands Chain. The Huey is just such a great whirly-bird.

Dcs has really mind blowing visual you must be speaking from a lack of experience, then add the fidelity of the modules.. still to this day I haven't flown helicopters that feel as good as eagle dynamics does them.

@@Madnot4 is there a way to add better scenery visuals? Perhaps that was just a thing for VR? where it can make the color's more crisp or something? Don't get me wrong, I love DCS, way more than X-plane, but MS2020 brought things to a new level and makes DCS pedestrian. Again, I love DCS, the planes are awesome. They brought clouds and weather to even a new level as well

@@harpoon_bakery162 colors are accurate on my displays, scenery is extremely highly detailed in the maps i tend to play on, you can see tons of detail in the syria map at any city for example, with traffic on and AI shooting and tons of stuff going on dcs is simply breath taking DCS not only does flying and scenery well but you can't forget it's also able to simulate real accurately modeled weapon systems and vehicles all at the same time, with a fairly complex mission you'll see what I mean. VR dcs is crazy to me but I have to lower the details anyway, I use face tracking when recording you can see quick examples of the differences in my ch

@@harpoon_bakery162 and mostly coming from a rotary wing perspective flying low, i get to see the details up close very very often, as for VR in msfs I don't know I have never flown VR in msfs because It just doesn't have helicopters yet
