When you are completely out of power then use your weapon for power regeneration and damage, you will see that having some vit or even spec more into vit will make a slight difference of having enough power to break out or to use your next ability especially in higher intensity matches every sec will matter even more so when you are cc d a lot

Go for feat runs once a week over time you get em plus any feat runs shouting in LFG join them you might get that feat plus more feats
