Ayy Coz i am extremely sorry for that but i know exactly where it is, on the second to last location in gotham where its next to the fire is a huge earth rock floating in the air and it has a bush on the top... the briefing is hiding in the bush

I found two brifeings just by playing game and then I wanted the horns for my character Avatar OfTheArctic then I searched them up and this is what popped up first Also thx for the help
