Biggest issue I have noticed is lack or respect and communication. I run 2 Leagues and co-lead 4 others and many issues come because people ignore what's happen. Someone will say "oh wait please. I am trying to get a feat" Then because certain members already have it they run straight to the end. I run any content any time and any whete. Many today are like "yeah not feeling that" because they feel it is beneath them. I absolutely understand where you're coming from. I have been in Leagues that everyone pays for max arts and augs and buy cr skips claiming they are superior. I ran with a level 104 character and the rest of my team was at least 380 but I had to do the last half of the mission by myself. Some people only about newest content. Under no circumstances should a League Leader dictate to their League members. I was in a League that would tell people to remake characters because the character didn't fit what they felt the character should be. When a game feels like a job it is no longer something I want to be a part of. Good job on this video. I am proud of you for being a good Dad.
and many people forgot they were newbies too in the beginning of their dcuo time and wanna kick "noobs" out of the group bcs they re weak... its rly sad whats happening in the community...
im a League leader of 180+ ppl and i dont treat anyone like that. everyone is free to play as they want, we have no drama, everybody is chilling doing his thing.
I had a hero alt in that league and here are the issues I had with them. 1. I had run a certain group setup on RTE3+ (when it was new, I ran it with them before and they did not have survivability) and when I tried to help with advice of what we did to beat it (in another group of villain friends & league mates), I was accused of running with a hacker since THEY couldn't beat the content. 2. They proceeded to openly berate my alt in league chat and openly said they wanted to kick me and put me on ignore, and she would try to stop me from defending myself. She however let the other league members insult me constantly in chat and turn a blind eye to it. 3. She (Chi Beauty) could not heal effectively during Source Wall Elite, when I would run it on my tank for the 3 bosses (first boss), it was my first time ever having that issue with a healer on that part. 4. They use old and ineffective loadouts/builds, and try to impose their views on others. They think they are performing at the max and if they can't beat something, no one can. They blind themselves to better options and are comfortable in their ignorance. That's why they underperform and have issues beating content. I'm glad to say that my alt is not in that league and hasn't been for quite some time. My respect for the league leader and officers is little to none. Most of the lower ranked and lower level players in there are pretty cool. They aren't open to change and new players, and it shows. I don't often like to speak poorly of others or have issues with others, but they made these issues unavoidable.
U might remember me as Miori but i used to be in the league til shed call me out personally on my healing when i was healing everyone jus fine when she was purposely running into the ads and bosses head on and dying😂😂😂 I left the league too tho tbh cus even some of the members were on my back for no reason

You can't change people bro but you can change how you respond to em. There aren't many leagues that I've seen that actually operate like a league. They just try to get as many members as possible so they can get the league buffs easier.
I have been playing this game since 2011 and I know chi beauty even before this league output i use to beat her and her members when pvp was still good and I can tell something is off about her 🤣 but anyways I don’t know why some ppl take dcuo like real life 🤣

I don’t stay too long in a league for the same reason, this is a game, enjoy it, this is not work. In the instant they start with “bro you have to do this and do that” i say to them “sure man!” And hit the “leave the league” button right away!

Ppl with 800+ skill points have put literally thousands of hours over the last 11 years to get to 800+ skill points so ya they take this shit to heart. Add it all up and id bet you they have spent 4 full years 24/7 of thier lives playing this game these are not stable ppl to begin with and clearly have zero going on in real life to spend so much time online going after skill points that largely became irrelevant after they introduced artifacts

Any decent league you join on dc will have requirements such as being high enough cr, having sp and have the arts plus knowing you're role he is definitely there but he didn't want to follow guidelines at by the league. My stance is he put himself in the situation he is in and now wants to tell everyone about it why not just move on there are several thousand leagues on dc many are active and have fun members and many are toxic you can't get into an mmo expecting there never to be toxicity the best thing to do at that point is move on. I remember doing raids with chi beauty and few elite players. But that league wasnt for me. They could be way better if they organize. But in the end all this league leaders act the same, high output, hui etc...

was in the league they dont listen to anyone with fewer skill points i was running a mission for feats and i knew how to do it cus i helped someone before and they wouldnt listen to me since i had like 270 sp at the time that league just filled with a bunch of old heads that have no idea what they doing.
Frankly these ppl with 800 skill points aint as big a deal as everyone thinks since arts were introduced skill points have little impact. And i totally understand both sides of this type of argument cause you see for anyone to have 800+ skill points those ppl have been running the same shit over and over targeting feats for literally ever since this game came out and they dont care to take thier time in levels because they already got all the feats they are just going for the long game feats like complete a specific elite raid 1500 times feats so they run through the content ignoring everything but the bosses. On that note i and most other ppl do not have 800+ skill points and do want to explore and play the game as its meant to be played. I cant stand these rushers ppl with 800+ skill points are only using thier leagues to do what they want and are made to support only themselves not thier leagues.

As a tank player, you can’t get upset if you get invited to run content. Tanks are probably the most needed role in dc since everyone just wants to dps. Second, the whole “i’m a grown man” attitude in the dc community is the reason feat runs fail. Been in so many leagues over the years and the egos literally makes it impossible to complete content at times. Literally proving the point.

I had a friend in that league, and he left because they were trying to get on him about grinding for SP but weren't trying to help because he was low level.

My league’s name is Unsupervised and I named it that for a reason. People pay to play the game and the last thing I’m going to do is tell anyone how to play the game. As a leader I’m there to help everyone else get better. You’re never going to make everyone happy no matter what. I get people mad because I’m not setting up their elite groups and even when you do they’re not appreciative. It is what it is.
