REAL TALK: UPDATE: Hologram device doesn't work anymore while in combat. So you can skip that. Don't worry, everything else remains the same. Theres only like 1% damage difference compared to before. Prec still shines. 1) Thank you to everyone who participated and voted in my Poll on my community tab. So, as requested here is the video including loadout/rotation/setup for ALL the powerset. 2) This is the basic setup which you can use without being a "try hard". There are no doubt some extra tips and tricks for each powerset and you can use those to match your playstyle. But, these loadouts/rotations and setups are easy to use and with good stats/artifacts, you are guaranteed to be in top 3 on scorecard. 3) Precision do gets boring so if you want to switch to Might DPS later on, you can still use these four artifacts i.e. Transformation Card, Strategist Card, Grimorium and EOG. So, yayy! 4) Buff up - Dps's job is to burn faster. Use everything you got, anytime you can. 5) Positioning is THE KEY. Always move around and adjust your positioning so you can hit most enemies when Dpsing. Happy Gaming! - iEddy
Good vid but the aoe clipped into weapon buff takes crits away from your weapon attack which u rely on heavy..so a burst move like nuke would work better..or burst moves..why tornado pull so op for single target clip into weapon buff
first of all this guy deserves more subs. I am on console and have been playing for years, the input delay on controller is insane. I am CR 351 and did 52M dps with 8M tanked as fire dps/tank in 30min for 6DM raid its so much slower and delayed on console.
Okay... I'm confused... Why are you doing the Whirling Dervish and Vortex Trap at all? I understand breaking it, so you can get back to using the weapon... I just don't understand why they're even there.
Hi Confused, I am Eddy. 😂 So if you won't use the whirling dervish or Vortex Trap, the weapon attacks like Brawling into MA shuriken mastery or Dual Wiels into bow flurry shot has long tail animations. Meaning you will be stuck in weapon animations for another second or so without doing any damage. So we use WD or VT to clip the animation and getting back to doing weapon damage. It all adds up in a long run giving you a loooooot more damage output. Hope it clarifies. 👊🏻😁

Exactly the only thing that really is mediations is the DOT in the weapon buff and I’m not saying those things are balanced across all power sets but I’m writing any 12 second DOT in any 12 second wife and bath is gonna be relatively close to the same And every power sad
That's the decision you gotta make because WoP is 5000 SC while Bloom or Speed Drain are 2500 SC. So it's upto you if you want to have more supercharges or less supercharge but more effectiveness. 😊

Hello! For Precision (Weapon) Dps, only two weapons (shown in the video), Brawling and Dual Wield are good. As they do way more damage than other weapons in much shorter time.
A LOT of people don't give a frickin flipdoodle about the superspeed meta, and will be using other travel methods. We don't care about doing the highest damage we care about fun, so long as we do ENOUGH damage. The place for minmaxing is within your vision for the character, no more. This guide isn't too useful for those of us who don't sell our creative souls to squeeze out a few more numbers, as it assumes super speed.
I'm looking into doing a weapons and was thinking of either Brawler or shield for my main weapon build I'm not trying to top charts or anything was wondering if vortex trap ,whirling dervish, robo, and neo would still be the hard set last 4 on your loadout for brawler and shield? and also was wondering what trinkets should be used?
With sheild you will be doing almost 10% of the damage compared to Brawling into Martial arts or Dual Wield into Bow. And nope, if you want to switch to Sheild, then last 4 powers can be changed, they only work with Brawl or DW. 😊
Question... Is precision DPS only better than might because of superspeed? I will never use that power... So I know my DPS will be lower.. will it be lower than might? Or will it still be great, just not as good?
Without superspeed it will be lower than might. But it also depends on the powerset then. Like with gadgets you will still be better than might in most cases. Maybe electricity too.
@@iEddyGaming Quantum AOE Prec is very powerful, but I ran with a couple Quantum precs who were maxed elite gear, and might single target is still powerful, maybe its me, maybe its them, but I would love to play with you and run content because you def know alot about prec and DCUO, I def recommend your channel. I only write this because I finished 2 million ahead of Quantum Prec 359cr/600SP/200 arts as a Quantum might DPS. peace!
So is there a flight version of precision DPS or tumbling ? I understand that SuperSpeed is the basis of the hardcore DPS. Some folks out there just don't like or can't handle the SS running
Sorry there isn't. Since flight powers are not clippable. That means it will be super slow and you wont get back to weapon combo real fast, which is the core mech for precision dpsing.
@@AbdullahAkram-gh5xp That's a great idea. So, yup you can keep your toon as superspeed and then wear flight ring, that way you can fly and still use superspeed powers.
With dual wield into bow, make sure you register atleast 4 ticks everytime when doing the bow flurry shot. With brawling into MA, you can clip very fast actually just make sure the damage is registering. Practice your timing on sparring target.
Weapon combo > Whirling dervish > Range weapon Tap > Weapon combo Jump cancel inbetween to stay in air. Takes a bit of practice to get the timing right. I suggest, you go to sparring target and practice for like 10 minutes, whenever you are free. 😊
Is Grim worth it for Prec DPS? I though COG does better for weapon damage. But it needs weapon mastery combo which is annoying. Any other weapon damage boosting artifacts that you can recommmend?
I have tried Atomic Prec Dps in Elite raids, its great. I haven't tried Nature in real content, only on sparring targets. Easy 85k ST and 170k AOE which will definitely go up in real content.
@19:27 That's HL - Rest of the video is explains the complete setup, no matter what powerset you are. So, just apply that setup to your HL with the loadout shown at @19:27 and u are good to go.
Dude I don’t really have an opinion because I haven’t even ever played omniscient character but how is a precision belt using for nomination abilities or rather only using one DOT in one weapon boost but whatever how is it demonstrating that munitions isn’t it a bad power you’re not even using relations not really do you got one DOT and one weapon bath the rest of your abilities are powers are coming from my colleague or Welborn and those are going to be doing most of your damage just saying I don’t think that’s really an example of how munitions doesn’t suck Rafael exact SamSam that’s not an example of how you would have to builder might build using direction abilities Allen Street dad I would think

Prec is better than might, so I would suggest you change your movement mode. Also, I would suggest to work on your SP, more SP = more stats. More stats = more damage. 😊

You can try replacing it with grimorium and test the numbers on sparring targets. Although, as per my knowledge, grim or cog does better damage than venom now.
For hologram device yes because I assume you put that in your drink it in your mouth on me so it’s like to work in process to turn it on and off or whatever it is you have to do to it by to swap over and put them you’re going to have to actually move the cursor over and click on it we don’t have a I’m pretty sure they’re on my way to select home from here and Dory on Consol on my way I know how is the punch cursor over it and click it and then I’ll swap Brown came your way weapon spot but you still got a move the cursor over there so I don’t see you taking a lot of time but it certainly isn’t here as fast as it is for PC because when you open Aaron Dorian your highlighters are the selected items are always going to be that can’t work box I don’t know maybe just push annex without moving your cursor over and swabs bedtime with Marc so I don’t know how to dry
I’m sorry dude but I won 80 K that would obviously be good for almost anything but that’s not really munitions that’s your weapon that that’s the bow master rank weapon attack that you’re doing over and over again that’s doing all that damage yes the weapon bath is helping and the DOD is helping but mostly it’s your repeated weapon attack that’s doing all that which doesn’t hurt unless I misunderstand something doesn’t really have shit to do with munitions

@@armandoayala446 I am not a try hard. I do not use animation canceling methods except when clipping a ability naturally while button mashing. Also if I use as it is because I feel it is appropriate for that class. Further the reason sweaty try hards use ss is for precision builds as the two ss abilities you reference allow canceling of the long weapon abilitiy animations. I do not have a precision build or those two abilities. The only ability I have a point in is the first one giving enhanced ss. So how about you piss off
Why do people ruin fun things with making everything into a competition when it's infact a teamplayer game 🥺 Ego people want to be the best and on top and no fun for the rest of us who cannot put our whole life into it and be obsessed with perfection. Superspeed is a terrible movement type, I hate using it but people with obsessions of being on top forces the rest to use the shit. Kicked or ridiculed for not using an ability in a game. @@iEddyGaming only power don’t need to run two sc would be Elec, but others run venom and speed drain to spam sc and always have a red floor that’s if your healer is running constant green eog too
Yup u are right but neo venom has 45 sec CD while speed drain and phermone have 30 sec cooldown. And definitely gonna need healers with EoG. So we are talking about ideal situation here. While my videos are for over-all situations. Definitely can change according to your playstyle if required, as stated in the pinned comment. 😊👍
Muni/other power sets are terrible compared to gadgets(turret clip/invis)/elec prec (CB spam)/rage(berserk close range) Elec CB is too good and gadgets clipping is too good. The damage difference is huge.
Yup yup, I totally agree. I did say that in the video I think that Gadgets and Elec are top dps powers when it comes to precision. The damage is huge with the right setup but this video is for average player. The loadouts I have given are optimal for ANY situation. But of course there are the try hard loadouts and setup for each powerset. Also, that's why I didn't give Gadget's loadout in the end but directed to my other video since its different setup =D
Why in the world is precision higher in dmg than might? Secondly, why does anyone need to be superspeed in order to have more precision dmg? How is movement having such an effect? This is absolutely obsurd! Never in the history of this game, has movement modes contributed to higher outputs of dmg. What are the devs flipping thinking? If this "chicken show" keeps happening, I am quitting the game! Might makes right! Not precision! So much for balance, huh? Nor do I think there will ever be balance in the game! Just lying and schmoozing toward people!
Yea is kind of lame when everybody copies each other😁, same load out same rotation and most everybody superspeed in the game😁. Everybody in a hurry to kill adds so they can be top DPS in scoreboard😁😁
It is definitely a full time job haha I think I said that in one of my videos as well. As far as the cash crab is concerned, I only spend money when there is a sale AND .. I'm spending money on my entertainment, my relaxation, just like I would spend money on going out or buying a shirt. So, I don't think its a waste of money when you are spending on yourself for your enjoyment xD
